For the past 25 years, I've been the CEO of my household, deeply passionate about being of service to my loved ones. One of my love languages is food, and I find deep connection through rituals in the kitchen. Creating LISN allows me to continue following my Truth on a broader platform. Just as crafting in the kitchen feels like creating a recipe, every tea sit and sound journey becomes an Alchemical Vibrational Medicine Recipe for the soul.

For the past seven years, I've immersed myself in the art and philosophy of tea, from its micro-level effects in solo sessions to its macro-level impact on communities.
My journey has led me to discover the profound power of tea in fostering stillness, silence, deep listening, and unity.
Inspired by my teacher Wu De and the Global Tea Hut community, I aspire to bring grace, beauty, and unity to every cup of tea shared.

In addition to my deep connection with tea, I've also delved into the realm of sound healing.
My journey in vibrational medicine has taken me across the globe, from studying tea with Wu De in New York, Colorado, LA, and China, to learning the art of sound with Master Don Conreaux in New York, California, Toronto, and India.
I've been fortunate to learn from the best teachers and have integrated these teachings into something uniquely transformative to share with everyone.
